Finally you understand what the remain camp were talking about. Brexit have been going on about getting a trade deal with the EU because "the EU will be desperate to deal with us". Dispute resolution is through a supranational arbitration panel, so it would not fly with leavers who insist that English courts should have power over foreign countries in any FTA signed by the UK post-Brexit.
