When you can't get the lower skilled that hits the economy until higher skilled people lose their jobs and move in to do the low skilled jobs to put food on the table. In 2000's recession there were IT contractors working in B&Q.I'm alright JackComment

It will take a approx 1 generation for people to realise that if they are not going to support themselves then they will become a ward of the state and be treated as such.
