Interesting point a lawyer just made on Twitter: if the USA did want to extradite Assange, they previously would have needed the consent of both Sweden and the UK. Now, they just need the consent of the UK…

Fortunately for Assange, since the Brexit vote, the UK is now a proud independent nation, not beholden to anyone.

So he does not want to end up living in a one room cell for 23 hours a day. So lives in a one room cell 24 hours a day.

The fun part is the USA and UK will not say if he will be extradited or not. Until he is custody. So nothing changed.

I guess he'll be needing a cab to get away now that the Ferrari he kept outside has been clamped a couple of months ago
