You miss the point. Any party claiming to reverse the majority decision to leave will not be in government for the duration of A50.

If they hold another referendum with a majority voting in favour of remain then it is the people who are reversing the decision, not a party.

What to blame someone? Blame the Tory party for holding a general election when they did not need to during the remaining A50 timeline.

By the way, IR35 is not going away and was not introduced by the Tories (in fact they prevented it for several years pre-Bliar and the Moron). Osborne in isolation made the decision not to repeal or reform it based on skewed advice from the Treasury, not good economics or commercial reality. But let's not let history get in the way of pathetic point scoring.
