The EU doesn't need an army because NATO has been keeping the peace for the whole time the EU has existed, and before it was even the coal and steel board.

The EU is no different to the Mrs World Competition. Both promote and encourage peace, but NATO has kept the peace.

I'm not sure that is the case - there is nothing in the treaty that says that is the case, ergo rescinding Article 50 prior to actually leaving would just mean we return to how we were.

In Mordac's tiny brain the EU has a secret army that could have intervened in Yugoslavia.

There is nothing in Article 50 about Gibraltar, but the EU have made a political issue out of it.

The EU did not make any issue out of it. By invoking Article 50, the UK made a big issue out of it. Get your facts straight. If Britain had not involved article 50, then there would be no issue with Gibraltar.
