OK which one of you lot works for GWR railways?

Apparently their website offers a first class train ticket from Taunton to Trowbridge for the eye watering sum of £10,000:

'Anomaly' blamed for £10k first class railway ticket - BBC News

"We are aware of an IT glitch which has published fares for a first class journey that does not exist," the firm said.

and "Consumer expert Martin Lewis told BBC Radio 5's Adrian Chiles these sort of mistakes happen all the time and it is probably a database error."

An IT glitch on the railways? I had a spell in the rail industry almost 20 years ago, and some of the systems did look as though they had been designed by Brunel. Although on second thoughts, if they had been designed by Brunel, they'd still be working properly.
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...

      Somebody should flatten Trowbridge.

Bath is in desperate need of another car park.

So Trowbridge doesn't exist, and anyone who thinks it does is experiencing a database error?

Probably leftovers from stress-testing databases against new fares from Paddington to Slough.
            You're awesome! Get yourself a t-shirt.
