If they had given us the promised referendum on the European Constitution we would not be in this mess now.

What the Greeks did was disgraceful: their elite not paying taxes, public sector retirement on very generous pensions at 50 (FFS!), 13th month bonus salaries in the public sector etc. etc.
Now they have to pay they're squealing like stuck pigs.
They were invited to leave the EU in 2015 but then shut up, when their bluff was called.

When they come out of this they'll realise that money doesn't grow on trees.

Same thing should have happened in the UK, but it didn't.
        Hard Brexit now!

The Civil servants have coined the term Empire 2.0.

          Empire 2.0

As you pointed out Empire 1.0 was an abject failure as will be Empire 2.0

            Will there be free movement?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

              Nope.

              There will be favourable terms.

Really? They tried that In India and China on their latest mission there (which no doubt cost millions) and were just laughed at.
There seems to be a fundamental illusion from top to bottom that the British economy is somehow strong.

Switzerland has been ruled by referenda for years. It's not quite a fascist state so far.
So referenda in Switzerland = good
I suppose EU referendum = good

                  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Refere...European_Union

                  but Brexit referendum = Nazism?

Can the geniuses here explain the difference?

Is it because you don't believe the people have the brains to make the 'Right decision' should we have done what Ireland did about the EU and keep holding the vote until we voted the right way? Was that vote a step towards the 4th Reich?

Sorry if you don't understand the inference that both the EU & the NAZIs were keen to get the whole of Europe under their control. I thought it was fairly clear, I'll post a picture next time.

well of course there are some idiots out there, just look at all the bitter bremainers here talking Bollux.

I hope those nice civil servants get a jolly good slap for being so crass.
