    Good news for renters!

    https://www.pwc.co.uk/assets/pdf/uke...et-outlook.pdf

    T
    he good news for generation
renters is that Brexit may actually
help them get on the ladder slightly
sooner as we expect it to slow the
    pace of house price growth.
    Unfortunately, the effect is small,
as we estimate a generation renter
starting to save in 2016 can now buy
in 2035, rather than 2037 if the UK
    had voted to remain.

Almost any renter can buy tomorrow - only not where he'd like...

          From the ref:

... our main scenario projects a gradual recovery, with price growth picking up again to around 4% in 2018 and 6% in 2019. Thereafter, we expect growth to average around 5-6% per annum from 2020 to 2025 ...
Can't see most 20 & 30 year olds on average salaries being able to save faster than these rises or even match them.

They'll be marching on the spot or falling further and further behind until the last star falls from the Heavens

Funny how PwC are churning out so many positive papers on Brexit.
It's not like they rely on the incumbent government for much of their revenue, is it?
            Shirley not, Noooooooo way

not to mention that in the board room they must have checked to see which revenue stream was paying up best UK or EU.

Bastard said he would be spending one night. It's been 6 months now.

Also he has photoshopped the picture. He takes up a lot more space than that.
