Not Pakistani as there isn't enough of them in the world. However a Indian or Chinese doctor would be good - loads of money selling the original merchandise to India or China as they have big populations.

A female doctor could be brilliant as long as they don't milk it... basically get on without mentioning it in the main. Although long-time friends of the Doc could mention it and of course the obligatory regeneration sequence could be fun "I haven't had any of these for a long time" etc
