Is it possible to be gay and transgender at the same time? Only asking like...Originally posted by Eirikur View PostTime for a disabled black transgender gay James Bond
Edit - I'm sure it is, but if it is, it's way outside my experience sphere, so to speak. His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...Comment

One is your appearance to the outside world and the other is who you prefer to shag.
If you look like one and prefer the one you look like you are gay."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

I was expecting an answer along those lines, but my small heterosexual brain was thinking "gay man becomes a female (the transgender bit), therefore a relationship with another man is no longer gay" kinda thing. Have I missed a point here?Originally posted by SueEllen View PostYep.His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...Comment

Ah, but is it the mental or physical attraction that counts?Originally posted by Mordac View PostI was expecting an answer along those lines, but my small heterosexual brain was thinking "gay man becomes a female (the transgender bit), therefore a relationship with another man is no longer gay" kinda thing. As in, woman trapped in man's body likes woman - is it the heterosexual male to female physical attraction or the brain exuding the gay attraction? I think we're on sliding scales here rather than any particular location.

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.
