I don't think you can unless you are an Indian Citizen or OCI, many Indians become OCI's because India doesn't allow dual citizenship.

OCI - Overseas Citizen of India

I love to work for Indian Railways in the back office, be like playing with a massive train set and with no regard for health and safety, I could fully indulge in wrong-line-working and allow SPAD whenever I liked.

    No I'm not Gricerboy.....

Don't know how big this guy's family is but it does help he was shot dead in a motorway as it's harder to do a protest on one and have a riot.
They said that with Duggan, it later emerged he was a very nasty piece of work.

If he does turn out to be an innocent car dealer then I will be very sad. I'm sad fo his family anyway no parents should lose a child. Lets hope this time the Police were wearing cameras so we can quickly confirm whether he had a gun, that might avoid opportunist rioting etc.

This piece is a little harsh but probably mostly true.

I'd love to know why his house had 18 CCTV cameras on the outside of it. #seemslegit

Not unreasonable if you have been burgled regularly. Apparently his father owns 100 houses so there may have been a few quid drifting around.

              and Bugger:

Campaigners yesterday reacted with fury after it emerged the armed officers in the pre-planned operation were not wearing body cameras.

Just Yorkshire, a campaign group for racial justice, civil liberties and human rights, yesterday said it was ‘odd’ the marksmen were not wearing them after the force spent £2 million on the equipment in August.
Seriously someone needs sacking for that.

This is going to turn into a farce and lets see how many riots it sparks.

Former associate Chris Bean, 26, said the alleged drug dealer had a fearsome reputation on the streets of West Yorkshire and once even tried to shoot him.
His father, who is understood to own more than 100 houses in the local area, yesterday admitted that his son was ‘very spoilt’, adding: ‘He loved sports cars. Whatever he wanted I bought it for him, straightaway.’

But Chris Bean, 26, claimed the cars were actually paid for through Yaqub’s drug dealing, saying: ‘He was a heroin and crack dealer and was constantly ripping off Cannabis grows [Cannabis dealers] and was just a major playing in Huddersfield for drugs.

‘He managed to afford his Lambo [Lamborghini] by laundering money - he was such a flashy g*t.

‘Yassar used to buy high powered sports cars and sell them on for profit - all funded by drug money.

‘He had it [West Yorkshire] all locked down and would fly drugs into HMP Leeds at Armley with drones and make 10 times what he was making on the outside.’

He claimed guns were a major part of Yaqub’s lifestyle and also said he was lucky not to be killed in June 2015 following a shoot-out just yards behind his home which left him injured.

Speaking about Yassar’s notoriety in Huddersfield, he said: ‘Everyone knows stuff about Yassar - but are just too damn scared to say anything bad because they still live there'.

A female neighbour in her 40s, who asked not to be named, said: 'He [Yassar] was a drug dealer, there were cars coming and going all the time.

She added: 'I once heard gunshots and his house was being shot at - that's when I decided to put up CCTV on my house.' Yassar's friends have admitted he was 'no angel' but said he was a 'great dad' to his children.

During the operation on the M62, five men were arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear.
              hmm.

The police weren't wearing cameras, which is odd, and the gun was 'found' later. Very odd. No doubt the lad had a dodgy past and lived in fear hence the CCTV but he was still an innocent man irrespective of rumour etc.

Pound to a penny the gun was planted like the one Mark Duggan was supposed to have had.

This. I was living near there back in the day when there were mini riots about next to nothing on a regular basis. Most don't make national news but the 2001 did.

BBC News - How riots took hold of Bradford

The events were a result of heightened tension between the large and growing ethnic minority communities and the city's white majority, stoked by confrontation between the Anti-Nazi League and far right groups.
Now that the inverse is true they will need something else to let of steam about.

I like the pub on Leeds Road, Bradford with the massive St Georges Cross on the gable end. To be fair it never gets painted over of graffitied despite the almost 100% Pakistani locality.....
