No mention about the EU army in that article, could always become an alternative to NATO and as countries are not bound by NATO rules to spend 2% of their GDP on defence, they would be under EU laws. Anyway, Trump is just spouting bollocks as usual, a number of the policies that he waffled on before the election have already been removed from his website and it looks like he's already backtracking on Obamacare.
