But you ("one") must think like them rather than blithely assuming they should be, and thus are, thinking like you!
Also, for people who rightly see no prospects for themselves it is actually unfortunately rational to want to stir the pot and disrupt things, however destructive that may be, because the results may give them opportunities they would otherwise lack while everything is obviously sewn up, and ever more tightly so, for the benefit of the prosperous.
