Sensible answer as you've posted in General so most answers won't be.
Most people on this site recommend Contractor Umbrella simply because their MD posts on here and we can all nag her if things go wrong (but they won't).
If your agency is recommending an umbrella look at list on All Umbrella Companies Are Equal - Straight Talking Umbrella Companies and pick one that is on the members, pending members or non members list. Avoid the ones on the ineligible list (as there are big HMRC sending nasty letters reasons) to avoid those.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
