Labour Brexit voters who's jobs depend on single market access will vote for him over Ukip any day of the week. He has also taken the floating vote from the Torys which in my opinion is much larger then the hard brexit May is planning.

Scottish Labour voters vote SNP.

In England people are looking at the smaller parties.

I do. I gave up reasoned argument a while ago on these subjects because of responses like GB9's.

Having read a number of replies and blogs about the Court's decision it appears to come down to nothing more than opinion.

Yes, a reasoned opinion, and the judges have , "citing precedent, explained very clearly and carefully why parliament is sovereign in these matters and must pass an act to begin Brexit."
If you disagree then please, citing precedent and the relevant laws, explain very clearly and carefully why parliament is not sovereign in these matters, and so Brexit can begin without an act. Attack the arguments not the people. I doubt you can. You just have a vague feeling they're wrong.

Anyway, nonsense aside, I'm pretty much with Iain Martin on this. Regardless of the merits of the judgement, what followed from the Fail and others was, indeed, a load of bollocks.

Well, I'm glad my original assertion has been proved wrong. (But my assertion for GB9 being pig ignorant and limited in comprehension of basic logic seems to continue to be proved correct with his every post).

One is a personal friend of the Blairs, as in "I will do everything I can to stop Brexit".

Just out of interest, which of the 2 High Courts do you think has the correct opinion? The London one, which says the Government can't implement A50, or the Belfast Court which said it can?

All the cases that have been brought are on different points of law therefore the rulings aren't the same for that reason.
