And the SNP and NI parties including those who support the Tories haven't put in their demands....

On another note - I hate David Cameron.

It's almost as if Labour have suddenly realised what there core voters want. Look at Sunderland and Nissan this is almost exactly what the tories have said they will get. It's also the first coherent meaning of Brexit I have seen.

Took a look at the express web site who are already screaming treason that he leader of the oposition is offering oposition.

Is this a practiced and honed level of incompetence? Is this a random walk through dunceville or is he playing us like a fiddle?

Nope. I'm a British citizen, hold a British passport and no other citizenships. What are you, some kind of Stalinist, who'd lock up anyone who'd ever lived abroad?

But don't worry - I'll be unable to vote in any more general elections, so you won't have this awful foreign influence any more.

Are you sure you're not rural Swiss, btw - you seem to be displaying some awful xenophobia. Frankly, I thought better of you.

"...the Court was asked, and everyone concerned – including the government’s lawyers – agreed that it was proper that the Court should determine, whether notice to leave the EU pursuant to Article 50 could be given by the Prime Minister exercising the Royal Prerogative, or whether an Act of Parliament was required. The Court, in a scrupulously reasoned judgment, held that an Act was required. As was inevitable regardless of outcome, this decision will be appealed upwards to the Supreme Court, who may reverse it,... "

"The merits of the judgment are for other, better legal blogs. But what followed can be discerned by any sentient, non-foaming person as hysteria beyond imagination."

"A starker, more blatant attack on judicial independence is hard to conceive. It is one thing to criticise court rulings. Or to draw attention to judicial decisions where they fall into error. But when the legislature and executive join forces with the media to launch rocket after rocket of personal, unwarranted abuse that is intended not to criticise or inform, but to demean, undermine, unnerve, terrify and intimidate independent judges who cannot answer back, we have a genuine constitutional crisis. The separation of powers is not just breached but scorched to the ground."

I don't expect a reasoned response to any of this from the Brexiters of this site (I expect ad-hominem attacks on the author, or myself for posting it), but I'll be very happy to be proved wrong.

Labour Brexit voters who's jobs depend on single market access will vote for him over Ukip any day of the week. He has also taken the floating vote from the Torys which in my opinion is much larger then the hard brexit May is planning.

You really don't see the irony in your posts, do you?

Anyway, nonsense aside, I'm pretty much with Iain Martin on this. Regardless of the merits of the judgement, what followed from the Fail and others was, indeed, a load of bollocks.

Having read a number of replies and blogs about the Court's decision it appears to come down to nothing more than opinion. Unfortunately the Judge's opinion's are the ones that count legally so that's what we are stuck with for now.

How the judgement can be safe based upon the associations of the judges is beyond me.

                    Don't think so.

As per my other post, he has just stated exactly what the Government was going for. Everyone wants access to the single market. By not stating whether or not it is with freedom of movement he has just passed the ball back to May. If he had actually stated there must be freedom of movement then many of his supporters would have deserted Labour.

So if May has to go to the Commons she states:

We want access to the single market. Plus the other things he has asked for. Jezza says yes. Doesn't state how or if we get it. That can't be done until we negotitate, which is why we know the Court decision is about stopping Brexit, not overseeing it.

To summarise, you reject reality. Again, why isn't any of this reflected in the post-Brexit polling? The majority support how the Gov't is handling this (I know ). Ultimately, a GE is a vote of confidence in a leader and not simply a manifesto. Even a competent Labour leader would struggle with the current electoral map, but Corbyn is heading for annihilation.
