Yet another piece of sweeping generalisation and hysterical overstatement. Keep it up, it is priceless.

Remember, more voted leave than remain. We're not trying to subvert justice. You are.
You like everyone else wants the British Parliament to be sovereign.

The courts ruled in your favour yet you keep whining and complaining it's unconstitutional.

I think it's going the other way. People are already angry with politicians. Those politicians are now telling them they are irrelevant. Backed by a handful of judges.

The Government hasn't encouraged anything. The people feel this way. You need to understand that pdq.

For all the GEs I can remember, the losers have accepted the result and we have got on with it. On this occasion there are a few arrogant numpties determined to subvert democracy. They are the ones in the wrong. They're just too arrogant to see it.

And yet the death threats come from the leave voters. Who is subverting democracy?

Because a one person one vote referendum doesn't need to be ratified by the same Parliament that voted for it.

The elitist don't like people having a vote.

Judges are upholding the law and doing their job. It's people like you who don't understand and refuse to understand how the British constitution works

It's up to MPs and the Lords to decide whether to follow the will of the people.

Now I understand why Cameron completely ran away. If he was an MP he would be getting death threats from all sides.

He's the worst PM we have had since WWII.

                    Who is?

The law is that, in order to invoke Article 50, parliament must first be consulted. The reason is that leaving the EU will involve removing rights of UK citizens that have been enshrined in UK statute law, and only parliament has the power to do that, because of parliamentary sovereignty.

If the PM seeks to invoke Article 50 and leave the EU without consulting parliament, she is acting outside the law by taking to herself powers that do not belong to her. That would be a subversion of justice.

For somebody who presumably believes that UK laws and UK sovereignty are important, you don't seem to know very much about them.

Can I presume the judges are those elitist you refer to? Why do you think the courts are independent from the goverment in power (put there by the majority) and the crown?
