Thankfully as this is general I can say things that I can't say in a professional settings so as I have the opportunity to do so I will.

Unless you have actual experience about things we are talking about don't bother...
And I agree - as you are not a contractor working in the UK Bee, I will begin deleting your posts in the Professional forums until I get bored with it all and permaban you.

If you believe that you are doing the right thing you have my permission to delete all of my posts and my account.

I also suggest to modify the access rules of this forum.

You've been told before your account can't be deleted and requesting for posts to be deleted is against the T&C's and is a bannable offence (ok may have made that bit up)

It is against our policy to delete threads after they have replies, so do not ask us to delete threads once they have attracted attention.

If only it were that simple. We are seeing contracts at under £100 per day aimed at recent graduates (there is one being discussed in Business/Contracts at the moment) so people might not have much choice as to start contracting (in the broadest sense).

The IT industry is beginning to consume itself.

I did give you the perfect platform for you to tell us and you refused to so we can only go on what you post. From what I can tell most of it is about working in large consultancies and some rubbish about fitting in that isn't good for contractors so we can only make one assumption really. Can't blame us for that.

And thanks to Brexit it is more difficult for these graduates to go abroad where they will be properly employed.

Saddens me to say it but I wouldn't recommend anyone gets into IT anymore. Companies increasingly don't want to train, develop or pay their staff.

That's before you get into the decade of uncertainty over Brexit (although that will fairly much cover everyone).

Potentially a shift to a new way of operating? There may be a need to become a specialist MSC if the market accepts that cheap contractors can exist straight out of uni.
