                I have been with many banks and NW is one of the best.
                The switch takes care of a lot of things.
                OK call it £100 for 30 mins

                    That's not actually how it works. They do everything for you, setting up online banking is just logging into a website with the dongle thingie.

                      So i don't have to setup username and password, secret questions/answers, record it in keepass etc. Setup standing orders, setup frequently used payees. Change standing order for salary in business account, setup new payee in the business account for the dividend/expenses
