This was at the end of the piece that was careful to point out that Farage was 'credited' with getting a referendum on the EU (probably true) and that he was the leader of the UKIP 'Leave' campaign (also true).
Lord Sugar, a former member and significant donor of the Labour Party who backed the Remain campaign, tweeted Mr Farage was a "creep" by claiming he won the Brexit vote.
