Can we ditch this "millenials" crap? Why does the tag "millenials" apply to anyone born after 1990, and not 2000 (which would at least make sense)? We might as well call them "noughties". Or, on reading the article, perhaps "not so noughties"...

It's generally a reference to the decade in which your formative years were - typically your high school years.
