But didn't realise that not having access to the single market will hurt the economy quite badly and there'll be many fewer jobs.
The only winners in this are those, mainly lawyers, who'll get rich and fat on the EU negotiations gravy train.

As Lord Turnbull pointed out in the Treasury Select committee on Brexit held last week. The UK has a balance of payments deficit, this was balanced by repatriated profits from FDI. Now FDI has fallen off a cliff there will be a readjustment that will inevitably mean incomes will go down.

In other words Brexit has made us all poorer.
