I know it's strange but the mafia will not choose that country for "business".
I think in Sweden they considered prostitution a violence against women.

This it's difficult to solve because of the corruption, and the authorities are only pointing the "luxury" of the prostitutes when they see them with nice shoes, wallets (probably 2% of them) etc... But never the pimp's cars...
