Brothels most definitely but they would have to be heavily regulated. However operating without a valid Brothel license should be a jailable offence to get the traffickers when we can't get them on anything else.
That model was applied in some countries but it's not working.
Sweden model is the best, but of course mens are against.
I'm not sure how you can propose a law that is unbalanced, if its legal to sell its got to be legal to buy.

I think in Sweden they considered prostitution a violence against women.
This it's difficult to solve because of the corruption, and the authorities are only pointing the "luxury" of the prostitutes when they see them with nice shoes, wallets (probably 2% of them) etc... But never the pimp's cars...
