I don't know what was more sickly, Junker and his personal attacking Farage, or for me, that grovelling Scotish no-name MEP whoever he is, coming out with a kind of bizarre "Anti-Braveheart" speech saying "Take away our Freedom!!!!", and all the other MEP puppets in the room feeling obliged to clap and do a sort of forced half-hearted standing ovation.
The whole thing was incredibly surreal, and had more than an air of Kim Jong-Un and North Korea about it. I'm surprised all the MEP aren't issued with notepads and paper and told to make notes whenever some diatribe comes out of Junckers ever more wrinkly face.Originally posted by Nigel Farage MEP - 2016-06-24 04:00:00"I hope this victory brings down this failed project and leads us to a Europe of sovereign nation states, trading together, being friends together, cooperating together, and let's get rid of the flag, the anthem, Brussels, and all that has gone wrong."Comment

The EU's supports Scotland - was that not clear to you?
I receive a standing ovation when in meetings with my European clients. A little embarrassing at times."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

There's a massive amount of Irony on display here; the SNP keeps on banging the drum about not wanting to be governed by Westminster, but it (if you believe Sturgeon) is perfectly fine with being governed by some unelected unaccountable twunts in Brussels.Originally posted by Nigel Farage MEP - 2016-06-24 04:00:00"I hope this victory brings down this failed project and leads us to a Europe of sovereign nation states, trading together, being friends together, cooperating together, and let's get rid of the flag, the anthem, Brussels, and all that has gone wrong."Comment

Are you voting for any members of the house of lords?
Did you vote for the privatisation of the NHS?
You have some strange ideas about what democracy is."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment
