Quite right, now is not the time. Independence should not be gained on the demise of the UK. That would be wrong."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark Twain -

I'm not an SNP supporter but she seems to be the only UK politician with their act together right now.Originally posted by suityou01 View PostShe has made a total arse of herself recently.

She's keen enough all right, but the way she's going about things is idiotic. You have to break away first, before rejoining the EU. If she doesn't accept the result of the referendum for Scotland, the time to oppose this was BEFORE the referendum, not after. She suggested a 4 way lock on vote for all 4 countries, but didn't follow it through, and is now trying to bang the drum for Scotland and reach out for help from the EU which isn't coming any time soon.Originally posted by Old Greg View PostI'm not an SNP supporter but she seems to be the only UK politician with their act together right now.
As for trying to veto the Brexit, please have a day off love.

I suppose if she offered an policy that would have us leaving the largest trading block in the world she'd be doing quite well."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment
