    It's all getting silly now.

What next, laws decided by how many tweets there are?

MP's elected based on how many Facebook friends they have?

The selfie stick generation need to MTFU.
Good point. As Parliament has sovereignty, they can just vote to reject the result of the referendum and refuse to leave the EU. That would be entirely legal and constitutional within the British system. Sorted!

They can do, but do you think they will get away with it.

I would hope to see massive civil unrest and calls for a revolution. It's a pity we aren't armed to the teeth like the yanks.

I reckon all MPs would abstain except for Douglas Carswell.

Though some Tory would probably make sure he couldn't attend the vote by locking him in the gents.

One MP has already died we don't need more. Though a few riots would be good.

I haven't seen turnout by age group - where did you find this data?

The UK needs far more referendums, not less. Roll on the Swiss model.....

The MP was killed by a nutcase.

The UK certainly needs alot of change. But if people can't be bothered to vote, why have riots?

I suspect the riots of a few years ago involved people who would not vote.

Yep. No matter how ill-informed, irrational and unrealistic those beliefs might be.
