For leave: A hotel porter in Margate with few educational qualifications. He no longer understands what the cleaning staff in his hotel say; they all talk Polish at tea break. He’s culturally isolated and, for good measure, he's not had a pay rise for the last five years which he blames on the availability of Polish or EU workers.
