Any genuine undecideds at this late stage will almost certainly vote the way their partners will, if they vote at all, unless they're both a couple of ditherers.

So the pollsters should be asking undecideds "If you have a partner, and they have decided and told you, how will they be voting?"

      I presume you mean "pro-Remain"

btw, Jack Straw is a scum just like most (if not all) frontbench politicians.
I think you mean Will Straw (although you may well also be correct about Jack Straw )

It's interesting that there is a broad range of people on either side, but the nutters seem to be coalescing around the Leave standard.

It does not take an expert to see that voting Brexit is a crazy idea.

I agree that there are all sorts of unsavoury characters around Remain (Cameron, Osbourne etc.), but the nutters (fascists, Trostskyites, communists, conspiracy nuts) seem to be flocking to Leave. Or am I missing a significant contingent of nutters on the Leave side?

That means pretty much half your fellow countryfolk are a sandwich short. Just look around you - can you tell which is which?

And the establishment are resolutely behind the remain campaign - I wonder why.

The establishment is also resolutely behind maintaining professional armed and police forces, as opposed to dissolving them and introducing democratically controlled workers' patrols and militias, so I'm not sure what you think the significance of your point is.
