Last minute Government wheeze to try and bolster Remain
I see the Government is trying to save Tata Steel by rushing through a new law to allow companies to reduce their workers' pensions.
Is it plausible this will suddenly be somehow stopped by the EU in a day or two, and that the whole thing has been set up by the UK government in collusion with the EU to try and show the latter in a good light, as champions of pensioners, prior to the referendum ?
Must admit, time is short now for any capers like that, and of course the Government would be reluctant to assume the role of villains, which this scheme would require. But then what is the alternative if for them if Brexit wins? It wouldn't surprise me if something like this has been desperately improvised on the back of the existing Tata situation.

I heard that the Port Talbot plant has been retooled to manufacture tinfoil hats to cancel out the EU chem trails.
