      As far as dodgy questions about dodging tax goes, this one has to be nominated for most stupid tax dodging post on CUK for 2016. Either the OP is stupid beyond repair( god only knows how he is still contracting), or OP stays awake most nights dreaming up extreme ways to not hand over cash to HMRC.

                Yes, you will be working on client deliverables and as a Company Director, you are entitled (in fact it is you legal responsibility) to make decisions as to how best to deliver the contract. Travelling to Barcelona as a legitimate business expense is also a strong pointer that you are a legitimate business, and not just a bum-on-seat permitractor like some of the idiots on this thread.
