My Bosch kettle erupts like Mount Vesuvius each time it boils, and if I forget and fill it more than three quarters full, it's more like that Yellowstone geyser with scalding water bubbling and blasting its way out from under the top.
No wonder I spotted some mildew in the pantry. It makes the whole kitchen area damp.
Aren't there EU rules on how quickly a kettle is supposed to turn itself off, to minimise precisely this kind of problem and to save energy?

Miele is ridiculously expensive and the fact that you pay 5 times more then an average brand doesn't mean the appliance will live 5 times longer
My Bosch washer dryer broke recently down as well was not even 6 years old
Now have an IndesitComment

If you are being told that Miele is 5x the price, then either you are buying really cheap and nasty, or else you are being told the wrong price for Miele.
Oh, and if you had bought a Miele washer dryer, it would still be under warranty at 6 years old.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
