I had a 5 litre wedge shaped one. I took great delight in setting off all the car alarms in my street (I was much younger). I used to do sprints and hillclimbs in it also. It helps if you can do some of the work yourself as they need a fair amount of looking after but no more than any low volume sports car.
Pound for pound they are still great value.
If you want the best all round TVR experience get a well sorted Griffith 500....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

The car alarms thing is a hoot, and strangely it also put the brat to sleep within 3 mins. Get one, they're awesome. Its the one car I'd have again.Comment
