But are all these people coming over here and living off benefits or are they working?
Unemployment rates haven't rocketed, so that would imply the "facts" are missing something.

Next, NATO. How does staying in (or leaving) the EU affect our armed forces? The stories about Britain joining an "EU Army" are interesting. Would the EU army be based in, say, Haren, Brussels? Would it have 25+ member states in it?
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

You tell me. You're the one claiming we should have >5million unemployed foreigners claiming benefits.

I'm pointing out the serious flaws in the argument.

Unemployment hasn't rocketted because all the low paid jobs have been split into 2 x part time jobs. Over the last few years this means there are twice as many jobs as there were.

Each is very low paid and benefits pay the difference.

This is to ensure the giant globalised employers get the cheapest workforce and pocket the profits to the very wealthy. Tax payers make up the difference and the the rest is added to the public debt.

All very clever. Big co profits are soaring and record breaking, the rich are becoming mind bogglingly wealthy, and average pay is falling year after year for Mr and Mrs average.

Vote in, don't rock the boat.

It's kapitalism. Read up Kapital by Karl Marx.

The benefits are free health care, free education, free housing etc.

Then a nice bit of cash in hand to send back to Mamma.

Open your ******* eyes man before it is too late.

It's not when it orchestrated by an undemocratic ruling elite sitting in Brussels.

Next, the claim about the immigration growth rate. Let's look at those words. Immigration = number of people coming in to a country.
Growth = the increase compared with the previous data.

So, net migration in the year to September 2015 was 172,000. The claim that the figure is growing at a rate equivalent to Newcastle would mean that 172k last year would be 172K+280k = 452k this year and 172k+280k+280k = 732k the next year and the number of immigrants coming in to the UK from the EU in 3 years time would be over 1 million a year.

What your "facts" should be saying is that the number of immigrants from the EU is around 250k per year (number of emigrants around 85k). The GROWTH in immigration is not 280k per year, but that immigration is about that level. Big difference in words.
