If you want to pander to the needs of the establishment then vote to remain.
if you believe that following the establishment is in your best interests then vote remain.
if you think the establishment need to receive regular lessons in who they are supposed to be serving then vote to leave

Simple

The establishment is supposed to serve the ruling class, and will win whatever the result. However, at least with Remain, the ordinary Joe has a better chance of retaining employment rights and is also shielded from the economic fallout of a Leave vote.
