Yes but this article us quite clear on the fact that the non EU ones are hear because they have skills the country needs.

Which is really what most people actually want.

Just controlled immigration not unfettered access to any roaming itinerant.

And this is the point whether or not 12 million turks are going to enter the UK.

Wasn't that the same argument used about Romania a few years ago, that as soon as they were let into the EU, the whole nation would move to the UK?

And it didn't happen. The Murdoch media just moved on to some other fear & hatred stirring for the gullible.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Another Daily Express reader and believer. It astonishes me how supposedly intelligent people believe this without bothering to actually check up, or do the postings on here reflect the standard of IT workers in the UK which is why many UK companies outsource/get intelligent foreign workers/just move their IT operations abroad?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Nope. Its actually now been proven that the Daily Express, The Sun and Daily Star are pushing the foreigner angle re. Brexit...

Yes because most people do not want unrestricted immigration due to the pressure on the local infrastructures and so it is actually a concern for many people that the quality of services received will be reduced.

But then you are not interested in the concerns of the little islanders as you think that we should not even be given a choice over our futures.

And anyone who disagrees is automatically a bigoted narrow minded racist.

Study shows that majority of press coverage in EU referendum campaign was heavily skewed in favour of Brexit in first two months of campaign | Reuters Institute for the study of Journalism

As for the arguments advanced by papers, whether making a case for or against Brexit, the Sun and the Mirror both relied heavily on arguments around sovereignty. But the serious quartet - the FT, Guardian, Telegraph and Times - focused more on arguments around the economy.
In making their case for Britain to leave the EU, the Express, Star and Mail preferred to focus on migration.
