Interesting that HSBC still pay so much. I thought they were one of the rate-cut specialists.

In my time at Barclays I identified 200 FTE that could be made redundant 3 other projects also identified 200 FTE. Everybody was happy 800FTE could go. Turned out we all identified the same 200.

That was as a Programme Manager. After I started at my current client I got a call from my HSBC agent - Senior Project Manager: £690.
