I think the main problem is about the In or Out campaigns is that because no one has a crystal ball no one can tell whether voting to stay or go is going to have any effect either way.
So each of the campaigns always has to be based on what if scenario's an both sides have been as ridiculous as each other so in my view neither side has won.
In terms of the personalities on each side - well all I can say is at least the Brexit campaign have some.
For me it is not about listening to the pointless rhetoric from each side but it is about deciding whether you want to live in a UK which is or is not part of the EU.Comment

Well, that's a stunning about face.
He was definitely a Bremainer, but has had an evangelical passion for the Referendum for many years.
And now he's a Brexiter. Maybe being so close to the thick of it it for so many years has shown him to be the kak that it really is.

Cameron has repeatedly said he'd welcome Turkey in to the EU. Whether we have a veto, or not, is irrelevant if he isn't going to use it.

Because the Tories are going to back him in such a move ?
Give over

But the out campaign utterly lied when they said we have no veto... Which is the backbone of the out campaign. Lies and wishful thinking.Last edited by dx4100; 23 May 2016, 09:21.Comment
