When the twins were aged 2, I had to drive to pick them up on a Saturday night. Via Beckenham. I guess the reason Xeno lived there is that it is tottytastic.

I used to occasionally look out of the window and say "top totty". The twins for some reason assumed this was a tall building, and for a while referred to tower blocks as totty.

I had to say totty to myself after that.

By and large men in the uK inparticular have changed their attitudes to women. I am one of them. I no longer define women by how they look and I no longer expect them to be working on the ironing (in fact I never did) A lot of the male chauvanism has disappeared from education, the workplace and home.
