Gordonio Bennuto. The older I get the more the world seems to fall apart. Hey, maybe there's a correlation. The world will end when I stuff it.

Seriously, the future looks grim. An ageing Chinese population, an economy set to hit the buffers in the next few decades, a rapidly expanding population in African nations whose rising economies have been largely driven by Chinese demand for minerals. Anyone got a time machine? Think I'll go back to 1939. Much safer.

No, London prime real estate was largely driven by officials of corrupt regimes in African and other countries stealing nations wealth and parking it safely in London where nobody was asking questions where they got the money from.

Hopefully the UK will now impose a 1000% tariff on ALL Chinese goods

Don't try to be logical with cretins. It just does not work.
            Hard Brexit now!

France, Germany and a few others are actually propping up their steel industries against EU rules. They realise they will need them in the long term so f*** the EU in this case.

The current lot are. Maybe if they had had real jobs before entering politics things would be different.

Don't we need their rare earth stockpile for all the latest wizzy gizmos (do we actually still make any of the following? electric or hybrid vehicles, wind turbines, consumer electronics, clean energy technologies)
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

If the UK was outside the EU we could make our own policies. Maybe follow George Osborne's policies. Maybe not. Ultimately it would be up to the British people.
