The city centre isn't especially since the Northern Quarter was regenerated , some of the outskirts are, but the same could be said for any city in the UK and it's easy to avoid them if not trying to score drugs.Originally posted by cojak View PostI have to go there occasionally. Manchester is just a small version of London where the best bits aren't as good and the worst bits aren't as bad.
