        The enemy only have to be lucky once. We have to be lucky all the time. Apparently though in the UK local residents in the various ethnic minority enclaves are more likely to tip off the authorities about suspicious behaviour than in Belgium or France. That's why I said the level of integration is worse than in the UK.

                      Limited space and an infrastructure (baggage handling system) not set up to do this.
