Anyone actually seen agile work well? Honest question and not trolling.
I've seen a few contracts with Agile and wonder if this something I need to pretend I know when I next look for a contract.Comment

I think it works ok until people start evangelising about it and think doing the latest buzzword will make us agile. Breaking big dev works into iterative deployments and collaborative workings yes. The rest nahhhComment

Supplied services into a client a couple of years ago where most of the IT staff were "promoted" to PM, regardless of ability, and then the IT positions were filled by contractors with everything becoming a project if it took more than 1 hour.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
