    Democracy in action

In 1975 UK voted to join the common market. Somewhere over the next 40 years we ended up being part of some mammoth dictatorship which has done the UK no good. Without a vote.

Now we are expected to vote to stay in - due to it being too difficult to get out. Sounds like marriage really.

No vote after Maastricht - a simple "Do you want to give up your sovereignty - yes or no" would have been nice.

I blame the beggars in Wolverhampton.

It was John Major who signed the Maastricht Treaty and ironically the only opposition came from within his own party. A few months after signing he won a General Election.

Kippers are always banging on about sovereignty and democracy and there it is in action.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

      The questions are:

      1. How much sex have you got out of the marriage?
      2. What did you lose on the divorce?
      3. What do you pay per hour per hooker?
      4. What is best? Hookerage? or Marriage?

        It's a dictatorship now?

It's almost like we vote people in to make these decisions for us.
