In your situation I'd also give the local lube company some shares because by god it sounds like you are gonna need their services.
Useful.... thanks for nothing! Keyboard Warriors do amuse me.

As mis-informed contractors that are in a spot of bother do me.

Time to let go of them apron strings and step out in to the big world

Just make sure your read up on MSC legislation though so you don't make any mistakes. Doesn't matter what you do and don't want to so. You have certain legal responsibilities there is no avoiding.

So inform me..... what is a good all in one accountant to use? and I am assuming Ogh Mighty one that spreading dividends and salaries accross 1 director instead of 3 is a better way of doing things, hence your P!ss taking? or is that simply Northern humour?

Arranging a face to face is a bit challenging though.

                IMO:

                - Why is your dad doing it and not a professional accountant?
                - Why are your parents directors? What does your mother do for the company?
                - How do stop your parents getting a disproportional amount of money when you take a dividend?
                - Why don't you pay them a salary commensurate with their tax free allowance instead of having them be directors?
                - Do your parents just illegally transfer their dividends to you safe and tax free?
                - Why haven't you spoken to an accountant about the best way to set up your company?
                - Why are your parents involved in running your business, presumably you are an adult?
                - Have you used the search functionality?
                - Am I slowly becoming NLUK?

The Divi to mum helps pay for washing clothes, covering household bills, and putting food on the table.

Any extra is set aside for the annual family trip to Peppa Pig world.
