The biggest problem is that the "best" consultants tend to have been told to focus on upsell rather than delivery.

I had a great time working there. Ridiculous hours, very fit girls from all over the world, particularly the Danish and Swedish, stereotypically too. Best paying Consultancy role I have ever had.
