    Notice the date?

The last I read was that Italy actually now want to be one of the big players along with France and Germany
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

If they try to convince people that migrants are entitled to any out of work benefits (they're not) or keep saying mad things like the UK is such an important market that no carmakers will leave and we'll be given a free trade deal as a goodbye gift, then I don't see how they can avoid that label regardless.

No suprise this is mainly an English debate; Northern Ireland certainly doesn't want to quit for fear of a return to border controls with the Republic and there's no chatter up here in Scotland, just as you don't hear people ranting about immigration.

Hasn't Dave as good as admitted the deal he's 'won' is cr@p, cue the scare lingering stories, I see he's banding on today that we may end with with Dover being like Calais...

The whole of Kent is getting like that anyway
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

What evidence do you have that car makers and business in general will leave the UK in the event of a Brexit?

I don't know what is going to happen, but companies tend to be risk averse and pretending that nothing bad is going to happen is disingenuous.

                  Or good?

I remember my favourite story of the contractor who for years supported a key system written in some obscure mainframe software. he designed built and supported what was a key component of the clients business. He refused to train anyone on the system and bullied the client into keeping him on because they were worried about the risk of losing him. One day they had had enough and got rid of him. They put a novice in learn to maintain the system and then rebuilt it. Inconvenience at first but after a year of fire fighting they got themselves back into shape with a minimum amount of fuss. It is amazing what human beings can achieve when the have to.

Substitute that contractor for the UK and the EU for the Client. Still think it's a good idea?

Any business that finds it products cost it's customers an extra 20% in tax over night is going to think about how it can avoid that.
