                  "New" flashing is above the roof - put in about 40 years ago when a flat roof was put between two pitches, but the original flashing (probably from the 1850s) is inside the attic. When it rains hard and the wind is blowing from the south east, the water gets in, runs down and comes out in the attic at the original flashing.


                  1. How do we fix it?
                  2. We need to re-roof the front of the house. You interested? (conservation area, but not listed)
