Presumably you will open your doors to some migrants? Or you could explain on the micro level exactly what we do with these migrants/refugees instead of spouting your sanctimonious bilge.
Could always do what you do, bugger all
“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”

Unless you've been deliberately not reading anything about the present crisis, you should have noted that there's been next to zero cooperation between EU member states on addressing the issue and coming up with a coherent strategy on how to deal with it.
I'm sorry that my attempt at making a practical suggestion that this needs to be done and that perhaps our own country could be part of a solution rather than being one of the countries undermining efforts by acting independently and finger-pointing (like our charming Home Secretary) comes off as sanctimonious. Perhaps I should just post rants instead?
I think you'll find that we are in 100% agreement that it's all illegal (according to the various treaties in place), so technically we don't have to do anything.

I guess you're not a fan of the EU then? Because doing nothing probably means the end of freedom of movement for EU citizens and the EU itself within a year or two.

You still have not explained how on the "micro level" these refugees should be accommodated. You are not making any practical suggestions you are just sanctimoniously haranguing others to deal with the problem presumably because it makes you feel better about yourself. As I said I presume that you feel so strongly that these refugees need help that you will show a lead and open your doors to them?
Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone

Our own country? Aren't you American?
