Please keep up these threads, they are very entertaining with all this silly blame culture. Very ungrateful towards the older generation who gave you everything, but hey, that's the young, still stupid.

I'd love to stick my oar in to this discussion but somehow I can't be bothered; not while sitting here in a bar on the edge of a tropical beach seeing out the winter on my pensions.

No matter how bad things are it could be worse. You could still be here.

Whilst we're on the topic of housing, out of curiosity, are any of you familiar with the Linlithgow/Linlithgow Bridge area near Edinburgh, and if so, thoughts on it?

                Flight back, what flight back?

No worries anyway, DVT on flights is usually prompted by the lack of oxygen in the air supply in cattle class at the back of the plane. It correlates with age but that is an indirect correlation via fitness and mobility level, which in my case is pretty good. I do have lots of time to keep in shape.

No PG, it's your job to moan about how hard done by you are and how everything is wrong with the world. Seems like you're more cut out to be a student than a contractor.

Ah I see - using your winter fuel allowance wisely then.
