You should prepay before you have children. The money can be stored in escrow and you can draw on it when you need it.

Perhaps there could be some sort of lock to stop people shagging unless they can prove they have the means if things go as nature intended....

If someone is on dole for more than a year, or if a single mum has a history of popping out kids, castrate them all. Reduce the dole gene pool and everything is sorted.

If you need childcare you shouldn't be having kids in the first place.

Having kids only to leave them in the care of strangers all week is a pretty scumbag move.

If it's a Few hours a week to help them socialise then that's different - and not "needed".

The first bullet has been fired by Corbyn ! The revolution begins here. I think elections are not far off now. Instead of increasing the taxes for the higher earners Tories trying to cut the hard earned cash of the poorest. Get them Corbyn!

I said similar to this to one of my family last night, when he was interviewed on the TV. Because he's a smirking sneaky little b*st*ard who doesn't deserve to be in the job.
It's nice to know when you're not on your own with certain thoughts!
